- Support ongoing German tax matters for private equity and real estate funds
- Assist investment teams with tax due diligence and structuring
- Support investor teams regarding German tax provisions
- Manage ongoing Swiss and Austrian investor tax reporting
- Coordinate and review annual tax returns prepared by external advisors
- Arrange annual tax reporting for investors
- Collect information for German tax reporting with external service providers
- Establish and oversee operational tax procedures and controls
- Assess international and domestic tax rule changes and their impact
- Manage ad hoc tax projects and processes
