- Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time
- 4+ years of full-cycle closing experience
- Experience selling complex platform technologies
- Confidence in self-sourcing >50% of own pipeline
- Fluency in one or many languages
- Prior B/SDR experience
- Adept at competitive or evangelical selling
- Mastery of clear communication
- Skill in guiding prospects through evaluation process
- Love for becoming a product and industry expert
- Leverage tools for prospecting and selling
- Pride in managing a pipeline of active opportunities

- Manage the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to closed-won
- Focus on acquiring new logos while expanding existing business accounts
- Engage in competitive selling in new or established markets
- Identify and position creative solutions for business problems
- Communicate clearly and explain complex concepts simply
- Guide prospects through the evaluation and buying process
- Engage stakeholders to build consensus for technology decisions
- Deliver product demos that showcase unique solutions
- Maintain an action-oriented and persistent approach to sales
- Maximize prospecting and selling time using effective tools
- Conduct research and personalize outreach to spark conversations
- Manage a pipeline of multiple active opportunities concurrently
- Update CRM in real-time to reflect internal operations
