- •4+ years BtoB SaaS sales experience
- •Experience closing 4 figure deals
- •Experience holding +600K ARR quota
- •Top 10% sales team performance record
- •Technical sales experience or engineering background
- •Entrepreneurial mindset and independent work ability
- •Proven track record in outbound sales
- •Experience with open source or startups
- •Fluency in Spanish and English
- •Based in Europe
- •Existing right to work or visa
- •English language proficiency

- •Collaborate with Product teams to influence roadmap decisions
- •Act as a trusted advisor to DevOps and IT buyers
- •Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Customer Success teams
