- Experience closing 4 figure deals
- Experience holding +600K ARR quota
- Top 10% sales team performance record
- Technical sales experience or engineering background
- Entrepreneurial mindset and independent work ability
- Proven track record in outbound sales
- Experience with open source or startups
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Based in Europe
- Existing right to work or visa
- English language proficiency
Aufgaben
- Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close
- Test and scale outbound tactics for pipeline growth
- Build strategic relationships with technical engineering leaders
- Close mid-market deals averaging €35–45K ARR
- Improve internal sales processes, content, and tooling
- Collaborate with Product teams to influence roadmap decisions
- Act as a trusted advisor to DevOps and IT buyers
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Customer Success teams
