- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
- Experience in regulated biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences environment
- Ability to work in cross-functional, matrix organization
- Hands-on experience with material planning, logistics coordination, and operational execution
- Analytical, organizational, and follow-through skills
- Proficiency with ERP systems, SharePoint, and MS Office tools
- English fluency
- German fluency highly preferred
- Other European languages an advantage
Aufgaben
- Execute supply chain strategies for GMP, PPQ, and clinical/commercial readiness
- Manage daily material planning, ordering, and tracking
- Ensure on-time material availability for manufacturing schedules
- Support supply activities across multiple programs
- Coordinate Critical Raw Materials and Customer-Supplied Materials
- Coordinate shipments and storage with the Logistics Team
- Track material movements, inventories, and status
- Escalate risks or delays for Critical Raw Materials
- Interface between Supply Chain and Procurement/Buyers
- Align ordered materials with campaign execution needs
- Support operational interfaces with CDMOs, primarily Lonza
- Participate in Lonza-related forums and meetings
- Follow up on action items and timelines
- Coordinate information flow for deviation-related activities
- Maintain operational trackers and dashboards
- Update status for materials, shipments, and readiness
- Own accuracy of campaign progression data
- Ensure consistency of Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Lonza data
- Provide execution data for campaign updates
- Respond to operational issues for materials and logistics
- Escalate issues with data and recommendations
- Identify opportunities to improve execution efficiency
- Identify opportunities to improve tracking
- Identify opportunities to improve operational robustness
