Aufgaben
- Lead the end-to-end procurement process for CAPEX and indirect goods and services
- Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships
- Reduce total cost of ownership through effective negotiation and strategic sourcing
- Develop and maintain positive supplier relationships for compliance and performance
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement with business objectives
- Lead the indirect procurement team at Visp and oversee teams at other sites
- Promote team development to achieve financial targets like NWC optimization and cost reductions
- Encourage innovation and continuous improvement in procurement processes
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Supervise supplier performance and resolve issues to ensure business continuity
