- Experience with Lean / Six Sigma in a Quality related environment
- Certified Green Belt or higher
- PowerBI and/or Minitab knowledge
- Fluent German and good English language skills
- Strong ability to collaborate effectively
Aufgaben
- Drive process standardization and efficiency according to Lonza’s LBMS standards
- Support the implementation of a Lean Batch Release program on site
- Establish Quality Excellence CoE and PMO structures to standardize, simplify, and digitalize key quality processes
- Facilitate the embedding of a LEAN culture of continuous improvement within Quality
- Monitor and report on Quality performance KPIs for the Visp site, initiating activities to achieve departmental targets
- Support multi-disciplinary project teams and hold members accountable for project goals and timelines
- Share best practices within the Visp site and the broader Lonza Pharma network
