As a Senior Quality Excellence Manager, you will drive operational excellence and foster a LEAN culture within the Quality team. Your role involves standardizing processes, monitoring performance KPIs, and collaborating with project teams to achieve goals.

Anforderungen

• •University Degree in a scientific area or absolved apprenticeship in a pharmaceutical environment
• •Profound experience in a GMP regulated environment
• •Experience with Lean / Six Sigma in a Quality related environment
• •Certified Green Belt or higher
• •PowerBI and/or Minitab knowledge
• •Fluent German and good English language skills
• •Strong ability to collaborate effectively

Aufgaben

• •Drive process standardization and efficiency according to Lonza’s LBMS standards
• •Support the implementation of a Lean Batch Release program on site
• •Establish Quality Excellence CoE and PMO structures to standardize, simplify, and digitalize key quality processes
• •Facilitate the embedding of a LEAN culture of continuous improvement within Quality
• •Monitor and report on Quality performance KPIs for the Visp site, initiating activities to achieve departmental targets
• •Support multi-disciplinary project teams and hold members accountable for project goals and timelines
• •Share best practices within the Visp site and the broader Lonza Pharma network
