- 10+ years IT infrastructure project management experience
- Strong IT/OT architecture understanding
- Experience implementing OT environments, IAM integration, or directory services
- Knowledge of infrastructure technologies (servers, firewalls, LAN/WAN, data centers, network security)
- Experience in regulated environments (pharmaceutical or similar)
- Familiarity with GxP, FDA compliance, and validation processes
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- IT, Engineering, or related degree
- PMP or Prince2 certification
- Fluent English and German
Aufgaben
- Lead planning and delivery of OT infrastructure projects
- Implement global OT domain architecture
- Improve authentication and authorization governance
- Enable centralized OT user account management
- Reduce operational risk by eliminating legacy systems
- Coordinate stakeholders across IT, OT, Engineering, QC, Logistics, and Security
- Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and reporting
- Ensure delivery aligns with IT security policies
- Ensure compliance with GxP standards and regulatory requirements
- Lead steering committee meetings
- Provide executive-level reporting
- Maintain project documentation
- Maintain governance standards
- Track project delivery
