- Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformations is a strong advantage
- Fluency in English
- German and/or French highly desirable for Swiss market
Aufgaben
- Design and deliver organizational change, learning, communication, culture, and workforce transformation initiatives
- Partner with client executives to develop adoption and business benefit strategies
- Guide clients through business and technology transformations, including ERP, digital, AI, and operating models
- Manage project teams and coach colleagues to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Drive business development activities, including client relationship management and proposal development
- Lead workstreams or end-to-end programs from strategy through sustainment
- Contribute to practice growth through innovation, thought leadership, and people development
