- Support implementation of HR transformation projects
- Manage HR transformation projects
- Manage national and international programs and projects
- Conceptually design HR and HR IT strategies
- Design HR target operating models for HR cloud implementations
- Support organizational change initiatives in the HR organization
- Support process-related change initiatives in the HR organization
- Support IT-related change initiatives in the HR organization
- Support personnel change initiatives in the HR organization
- Manage training measures for change adoption
- Plan training measures for change adoption
- Link processes between business, strategy, and IT
- Redefine the role of HR as a strategic driver
- Co-create people strategies with business and HR leaders
- Design digital, sustainable organizations
- Provide effective portfolio and program leadership
- Support employee transition to new ways of working
- Enable people to make a tangible social impact
- Shape future-ready HR functions
