Aufgaben
- Develop and strengthen trusted relationships with C-level executives
- Identify, originate, and develop new business opportunities
- Lead proposal development, client presentations, and commercial negotiations
- Collaborate with industry teams and other capabilities to develop integrated transformation opportunities
- Contribute to developing strategic partnerships with leading technology providers
- Lead high-impact consulting engagements helping clients define and execute technology transformation agendas
- Be accountable for project delivery, client satisfaction, commercial performance, and long-term value creation
- Lead, coach, and mentor consultants throughout their career development
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing, and inclusive team culture
- Support recruitment activities and attract top consulting talent
- Promote continuous learning, innovation, and knowledge sharing across the practice
- Contribute to the strategic development of the Business Technology capability
- Develop new consulting offerings, methodologies, accelerators, and thought leadership
- Represent Capgemini Invent at client events, conferences, and industry forums
- Strengthen market visibility by publishing insights and contributing to innovation initiatives
