Anforderungen
- 12+ years technology consulting, architecture, or transformation delivery experience in financial services (Wealth & Asset Management ideal)
- Strong understanding of banking technology platforms and architectures (CRM, digital channels, portfolio management, core banking)
- Proven experience shaping technology strategies, operating models, target architectures, and transformation roadmaps
- Broad knowledge of enterprise technologies (applications, integration, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, service management)
- Success leading large-scale transformation programs and managing diverse teams in complex stakeholder environments
- Ability to engage effectively with senior executives and translate business priorities into practical technology solutions
- Interest and experience in Data & AI application to business transformation and operating model improvement
- Commercial mindset with experience supporting proposals, client development, and practice growth
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in French and English
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or related field; relevant certifications are an advantage
