- Design and sell innovative digital strategy projects
- Lead large-scale digital transformations for pharmaceutical clients
- Implement effective solutions and manage key stakeholders
- Drive transformation projects in clinical data flows, drug discovery, manufacturing, and marketing
- Contribute to Capgemini’s market positioning and strategic offers
- Expand Capgemini’s footprint in key Swiss accounts
- Engage in pre-sales and sales activities from opportunity identification to deal closure
- Lead and mentor a team of 10+ life sciences professionals
- Foster a culture of respect, collegiality, and strong team spirit
- Deliver in-depth training and share domain expertise
