- 10+ years experience in Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Digital Transformation, Consulting or related industries
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical operations, manufacturing processes, technology transfer and regulated GxP environments
- Experience leading business transformation initiatives and engaging with senior client stakeholders
- Good understanding of digital manufacturing ecosystems (MES, LIMS, Automation, Historian, Data Platforms or related technologies)
- Exposure to Data, AI, Knowledge Management, Digital Thread or advanced analytics initiatives
- Ability to translate complex business challenges into structured transformation roadmaps and technology-enabled solutions
- Experience contributing to strategic pursuits, proposals, RFPs or pre-sales activities
- Excellent facilitation, communication and storytelling skills
- Strong analytical mindset combined with pragmatic problem-solving capabilities
- Native German speaker with excellent English communication skills

- Lead business and manufacturing transformation assessments
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders from operational to executive levels
- Define future-state operating models for digital manufacturing
- Translate business challenges into scalable transformation programmes
- Contribute to Data, AI, and Digital Thread strategies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define solution architectures
- Support strategic pursuits and RFP responses
- Shape compelling value propositions and transformation narratives
- Produce executive-level presentations and recommendations
- Ensure business value in solution design and programme execution
