- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Eligibility to work in Switzerland (Swiss/EU/EFTA citizenship, valid permit, or ability to obtain authorization)

- Lead technical design sessions
- Document overall solution design
- Maintain architecture documentation
- Design and govern integration patterns
- Ensure reliability, scalability, and security
- Own cloud architecture decisions on Azure
- Guide implementation with delivery teams
- Ensure integration implementations follow standards
- Collaborate on Microsoft-stack components
