- Collaborate with internal customers for project needs
- Develop terminal solutions meeting volume, capacity, safety, productivity, and emissions targets
- Quantify resources for terminal solutions, including area, labor, and organizational needs
- Ensure cost-effectiveness of investments and operating costs
- Manage testing of terminal solutions using static and dynamic simulations
- Mitigate risks through thorough testing when necessary
- Assess investment opportunities and conduct due diligence
- Review and optimize expansion proposals for existing terminals
- Develop and maintain design standards for future-proof solutions
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, emissions, and efficiency standards
- Create and update design assumptions protocols
- Select and implement modes of operation
- Design terminal layouts
- Develop and use capacity calculators
- Maintain labor models
