- Oversee major technology project implementations
- Support terminals in developing technology policies and practices
- Provide executive oversight of the cyber security program
- Establish and enforce cyber security standards
- Monitor compliance with cyber security standards
- Maintain optimized IT programs and policies
- Manage disaster recovery and business process management
- Report to the Risk and Audit Committee regularly
