- Track and report progress of improvement initiatives
- Highlight achievements, challenges, and optimization opportunities
- Implement performance improvement projects
- Reengineer processes, upgrade technology, and optimize workforce
- Support terminals staff in best practices and standard operating procedures
- Enhance productivity while prioritizing safety
- Ensure compliance with TiL Minimum Health and Safety requirements
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Promote innovation, learning, and adaptation
- Lead cross-terminal continuous improvement initiatives like Kaizen
- Produce regular reports on terminal capacity, productivity, and volume
- Provide insights to management and stakeholders for decision-making
- Support implementation of master plan initiatives
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
