- Experience in global transformation projects
- Strong influencing skills
- Excellent communication and change-management skills
- Fluent English

- Govern global end-to-end R2R processes
- Analyze and document R2R processes
- Map closing, accounting, and reporting workflows
- Design and harmonize global accounting standards
- Standardize journal entries and valuation methods
- Define chart of accounts logic
- Establish global reconciliation standards
- Reduce local process variants
- Enable automation and quality improvements
- Define and monitor global R2R KPIs
- Drive performance and reconciliation quality
- Support digitalization and tool deployments
- Implement closing and reconciliation solutions
- Train legal entities and SSC teams
- Develop R2R guidelines and documentation
- Lead a global Community of Practice
