- Manage dispute process documentation
- Design harmonized global workflow standards
- Standardize payment terms and credit rules
- Harmonize dunning and escalation logic
- Reduce local process variants
- Enable automation and SSC scalability
- Define global KPIs for O2C performance
- Drive improvements in DSO and overdue ratios
- Monitor dispute cycle times and auto-matching rates
- Support digitalization and IT tool deployments
- Train legal entities and SSC staff
- Develop process guidelines and O2C communities
