Aufgaben
- Define a global service quality and performance governance framework
- Develop the governance framework for Finance Operations and SSCs
- Design and implement a global KPI and SLA framework
- Manage productivity, quality, timeliness, and backlog metrics
- Establish standardised global performance dashboards and reports
- Ensure end-to-end performance transparency for fact-based decision-making
- Identify improvement and efficiency potentials using KPIs and benchmarks
- Track the implementation of performance improvement measures
- Steer and monitor Finance Operations and SSC-related projects
- Manage transformations, roll-ins, and scope extensions
- Support business case development for SSC roll-ins
- Track efficiency and productivity programmes
- Act as a key sparring partner for Global Process Owners
- Advise and support Finance Operations leadership
