Aufgaben
- Define a global service quality governance framework
- Develop a performance governance framework for Finance Operations
- Design and implement a global KPI framework
- Own a global SLA framework for productivity and quality
- Establish standardized global performance dashboards
- Create global performance reports for SSC locations
- Ensure end-to-end performance transparency
- Enable fact-based performance reviews and decision-making
- Identify improvement and efficiency potentials using benchmarks
- Track the implementation of performance improvement measures
- Steer and monitor Finance Operations projects
- Monitor transformations, roll-ins, and scope extensions
- Support business case development for SSC roll-ins
- Track efficiency and productivity programs
- Act as a sparring partner for Global Process Owners
- Support Finance Operations leadership as a key partner
