Anforderungen

• Degree in relevant business field
• Strong experience in O2C-related areas
• Experience in O2C, AR, Credit & Collections or Customer Finance
• Process expertise in SAP S/4HANA
• Ability to harmonise complex processes
• Experience in SSC/GBS environments
• Strong influencing skills
• Excellent communication and change-management skills
• Fluent English
• German language skills as an advantage
• Experience with modelling tools like Signavio

Aufgaben

• Architect the global Order-to-Cash process
• Standardize and document O2C across all entities
• Continuously improve O2C in Shared Service Centres
• Reduce process complexity to enable automation
• Improve DSO, working capital, and customer experience
• Govern the global end-to-end O2C process
• Analyze and map billing and credit processes
• Document collections and cash application workflows
• Manage dispute processes and documentation
• Design harmonized global workflow standards
• Establish global payment terms and credit rules
• Standardize dunning and escalation logic
• Reduce local process variants
• Enable scalability of the SSC setup
• Define global KPIs like DSO and overdue ratio
• Monitor dispute cycle time and auto-matching rates
• Drive global O2C performance improvements
• Support digitalization initiatives and tool deployments
• Collaborate with IT on technical implementations
• Train legal entities and SSC staff
• Develop global O2C guidelines
• Lead a global O2C Community of Practice
