Anforderungen
- •Good knowledge of industrial conglomerates
- •Academic degree in economics or similar field
- •7+ years of sales experience in strategic account management and enterprise IT solutions
- •Strong business acumen and engagement with senior executives
- •Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
- •Deep understanding of IT trends and digital transformation
- •Understanding of IT requirements in regulated finance environments
- •Broad understanding of the HPE portfolio for customer solutions
- •Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders to drive pipeline and sales
- •Expertise in managing end-to-end sales processes in complex environments
- •Business fluency in German and English, additional languages are a plus
- •Accountability, active learning, active listening, assertiveness, creativity, critical thinking, empathy, and industry knowledge
