- Continuously enhance health and safety strategies to meet industry standards
- Provide technical expertise and foster collaboration across the organization
- Empower direct reports to identify risks and recommend safety adjustments
- Develop health and safety programs compliant with local regulations
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses
- Implement employee training on safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Monitor and report on safety performance metrics and trends
- Own the security strategy within each DC in collaboration with leadership
- Manage physical security measures, including access control and surveillance
- Investigate and resolve theft and operational shortages in the DC network
- Collaborate with Digital Technology and Asset Protection teams for security
- Manage relationships with third-party security vendors and law enforcement
- Develop and test crisis management and business continuity plans
