- Substantive regulatory compliance experience with corporate legal department (plus)
- Strong collaboration skills
- Ability to provide risk-based advice in global corporate environment
- Keen understanding of wholesale ecosystem (physical and online distribution)
- Ability to identify and manage antitrust risk in commercial scenarios
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
Aufgaben
- Lead European Antitrust Compliance Program
- Collaborate with global Ethics & Compliance team
- Conduct site visits and training sessions
- Enhance policy and communication plans
- Collaborate with internal audit
- Identify and address antitrust issues in wholesale operations
- Stay informed on regional antitrust legal developments
- Translate legal developments into practical guidance
- Develop and maintain compliance tools and protocols
- Implement global E&SR reporting compliance program
- Focus on material E&SR reporting regulations
- Champion Ethics and Compliance Program
- Adapt global initiatives to EMEA and APAC
- Oversee training and awareness initiatives
- Support regional risk assessments and monitoring
- Engage regional leadership for program support
- Report compliance efforts to management
- Raise issues and potential gaps proactively
- Serve as liaison between Ethics and Compliance and business stakeholders
- Streamline compliance processes
- Protect VF’s best interests globally
- Provide advice on regulatory and compliance developments
- Address antitrust and ESG regulations
