- •Good knowledge of IT tools
- •5 years BtoB sales experience
- •Strong hunter mindset
- •Comfortable in performance driven environments
- •Excellent sales negotiation and closing skills
- •Autonomy and self-motivation
- •Fluency in German and English
- •Fluency in French as an asset
- •Ability to build long-term relationships

- •Identify and acquire new Swiss clients
- •Manage the pipeline from lead generation to closing
- •Prospect high-level contacts like CFOs and Credit Managers
- •Execute outbound strategies including cold calls and networking
- •Coordinate with Legal, Marketing, and Debt Collection departments
- •Contribute to the Swiss market commercial strategy
- •Lead negotiations for large-scale business deals
- •Promote and monitor technical features like APIs
