- •4+ years B2B sales or recruitment experience
- •Business development or new client-acquisition experience
- •Experience selling to or influencing C-level executives
- •Proven track record meeting and exceeding sales targets
- •Proven ability to manage and forecast a complex sale process
- •Willingness to conduct travel as needed
- •Bachelor's degree
- •Fluent or native German
