Sales Executive / Broker sales(m/w/x)
Selling trade credit insurance and financial solutions to brokers and intermediaries. Minimum 5 years of financial services sales experience required. Collaboration with risk department for loss ratio management.
Anforderungen
- Higher education degree level
- AFA non-life diploma
- Good knowledge of IT tools: Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint
- Minimum 5 years successful experience selling financial services or complex solutions with Brokers, preferably in international insurance or long cycles with Financial Departments
- Knowledge of credit insurance and/or financing solutions
- Fluency in German and English; fluency in another language is an asset (French / Italian)
- Detail-oriented, precise, supportive, client-oriented character
- Ability to deliver high-quality services with tight deadlines and approach problems independently, flexibly, systematically, and anticipatorily
- Pleasure in building relationships and business opportunities
- Passion for new customer acquisition
- Result-oriented and self-motivating
- Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills
Aufgaben
- Deliver budgeted new sales targets in credit insurance
- Develop relationships with brokers and intermediaries
- Prospect and qualify sales opportunities
- Maximize opportunities across all product lines
- Collaborate with the Risk department to manage loss ratio
- Adhere to Swiss and Group Commercial Underwriting standards
- Complete required compliance activities for new business
- Implement policies with Account Management teams
- Coordinate internal resources for customer service
- Work with Customer Services for timely client support
- Support Commercial Teams to achieve company goals
- Update and maintain CRM
- Present monthly action and reporting updates
- Create sales support materials with Marketing
