Aufgaben
- Perform cashier and counter duties, processing high-value transactions
- Execute buy and sell transactions for physical precious metals and bullion
- Process online bullion orders, ensuring accurate pricing and payment confirmation
- Coordinate order fulfilment and distribution for client collection or delivery
- Liaise with internal operations, vaulting, and logistics partners
- Ensure packaging, documentation, and dispatch procedures meet security standards
- Verify, count, and reconcile cash and physical metal holdings daily
- Issue transaction confirmations, invoices, and supporting documentation
- Perform customer due diligence (CDD) in line with anti-money laundering regulations
- Escalate cases requiring enhanced due diligence (EDD)
- Adhere strictly to security protocols for handling physical metals and high-value assets
- Support daily reconciliations, audit trails, and internal reporting
- Work closely with relationship managers
- Gain insights into the international precious metals business
