- Interact personally with clients during contact
- Manage cash, credit/debit cards, and transfers
- Execute payment orders, transfers, and trading orders
- Ensure adherence to internal regulatory policies and procedures within timeframes
- Observe cross-border rules and regulations
- Participate in client meetings and corporate events as requested
