In this role, you will serve as a key advisor to BPO clients, guiding them through the banking platform's capabilities while ensuring their needs are met. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve analyzing client demands, collaborating with teams, and leading projects to enhance the platform's evolution.

Anforderungen

• •University degree in business economics, information technology, or related fields, or comparable academic/work achievement
• •5-7 years of experience as business analyst, product owner/manager, solution architect, or consultant in financial services
• •Track record of delivering complex initiatives or IT transformations in multiple functional banking domains
• •Ability to provide strategic advice to clients on platform capabilities and enhancements
• •Structured and analytical approach with ability to synthesize complex topics to stakeholders
• •Familiarity with software development lifecycle and banking platform technologies
• •Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Office, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow)
• •Relevant certifications in project management, IT, or banking platform technologies are a plus
• •Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken)
• •Resident in Switzerland or willingness to relocate
