- Define the Risk and Compliance product vision
- Design end-to-end AML and KYC risk scoring
- Streamline regulatory suitability and appropriateness processes
- Interface between business stakeholders and the product team
- Monitor market trends and compliance tooling regulations
- Manage third-party supplier relationships to drive value
- Lead RFI and RFP procurement processes
- Maximize feature ROI and end-user satisfaction
- Prioritize the backlog for stability and project demands
- Communicate work priorities and development issues
- Create sprint goals, epics, and user stories
- Estimate project costs based on business requirements
- Oversee test strategy and product quality automation
- Track product analytics to drive data-based decisions
- Coordinate third-level support and incident management
- Resolve IT-related risks, audits, and problem items
- Maintain external application compatibility with bank technologies
