Anforderungen
- •Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- •Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., BSI, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus
- •Knowledge of different business lines of a bank
- •Expertise in digital onboarding processes for private clients and SMEs
- •Proficient in optimizing and managing digital channels for client engagement
- •Experience in implementing digital advisory services and omnichannel strategies
- •Strong skills in digital marketing and customer relationship management
- •Experience with CLM tools, such as Salesforce, BSI, HubSpot, EngageBay, Wealth Dynamix
- •Previous project experience in rolling out CRM tools/client reporting tools
- •"Can-do" attitude and strong passion for business improvement
- •Strong problem-solving and business analysis skills
- •Fluent in English and French with presentation skills

- •Support teams in quickly resolving issues
- •Build use cases for test cases
- •Coordinate business testing with IT and business teams
- •Update senior management on CLM strategy progress
- •Provide reports and insights on effectiveness
- •Collaborate with the CLM team to refine best practices
