- •Proficiency in CRM systems and call center software
- •Experience in other banking activities or services
- •Bilingual proficiency in French and English
- •Mandatory residence in Switzerland

- •Maintain expert knowledge of banking policies and procedures
- •Document interactions and transactions in the CRM system
- •Collaborate with internal departments to resolve concerns
- •Support the development of additional services as needed
