- Assist with account setup and password resets

- Escalate complex technical issues to specialized teams
- Maintain expert knowledge of banking policies and procedures
- Document interactions and transactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve concerns
- Support the development of additional services as needed
