Aufgaben
- Lead complex client implementation projects
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver Avaloq's BPaaS and SaaS solutions
- Plan, execute, and deliver change-the-bank projects
- Define project objectives with Avaloq units and customer representatives
- Execute agreed project plans
- Prepare project budgets and commercial offers
- Negotiate project budgets and commercial offers with customers
- Achieve project objectives for scope, quality, and timelines
- Manage project budgets and reporting
- Manage project staffing, including internal and external resources
- Conduct post-project reviews
- Coach customer project managers and teams on best practices
- Lead concurrent projects
- Support pre-sales activities and proposals
- Ensure deliverables are completed on time
- Ensure deliverables meet required quality standards
