Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Portfolio Management, or comparable coordination role in complex IT environment
- Experience in banking and financial services environment
- Strong analytical, financial, and organizational skills
- Proven experience in forecasting, controlling, reporting, and resource management
- Ability to work independently to established goals and timelines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to engage effectively with senior management and executive audiences

- Exposure to Jira and Confluence
- Working knowledge of SAP
- PMP or PRINCE2 certifications
- Hands-on experience with project portfolio management tools
- Hands-on experience with reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI)
- Hands-on experience with resource planning systems
- German language skills (B2 Level+)
Aufgaben
- Support governance and management of implementation programs
- Ensure accurate reporting on scope, progress, financials, risks, issues, and resource utilization
- Manage demand and supply planning activities
- Perform resource allocation and capacity planning
- Track resource utilization
- Onboard external resources
- Coordinate project and portfolio activities across multiple teams, projects, and international locations
- Ensure alignment with business objectives and delivery priorities
- Prepare and deliver management presentations
- Create dashboards for senior leadership
- Prepare executive communications for steering committees
- Provide efficient support throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide detail-oriented support throughout the project lifecycle
- Support budgeting processes
- Support forecasting processes
- Support controlling processes
- Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Controlling teams
- Support onboarding of new team members
- Support auditing processes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to project management frameworks
- Contribute to reporting standards
