Anforderungen
- University degree in Computer Science or similar
- 3-5 years work experience in banking/financial services, especially testing
- In-depth knowledge of Test concepts and methodology
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent team player, knowledge sharing, high stress management
- Working knowledge of QC/ALM, JIRA, MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving competences
- Team player and strong client-orientation
- Ability to work in challenging, fast-paced, complex environment
- Experience with Avaloq banking system solution is a bonus
Aufgaben
- Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Propose and adopt best practices and methodologies for testing, including harnessing AI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software defects
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders
- Conduct performance testing and identify areas for optimization
- Work closely with project manager, development teams, and stakeholders to manage risks and issues
- Design, update, and execute functional and business test scenarios and test cases based on requirements
- Support test environment issues to ensure timely completion of testing
- Document and evaluate testing results and investigate deficiencies
- Adhere closely to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts
- Support and maintain automated testing frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage
- Contribute to continuous improvement of Test Management processes and procedures
