- Experience in Azure and/or AWS environments

- Testing process understanding
- Deployment planning process understanding
- Project governance understanding
- Risk management process understanding
- Experience in regulated industries ideally
- 3+ years leading technical project teams
- Managing stakeholders
- Driving project delivery across multiple workstreams
- Excellent project management skills
- Planning skills
- Resource coordination skills
- Budget oversight skills
- Management of cross-functional dependencies
- Hybrid and multi-cloud environments experience desirable
- Platform migrations experience desirable

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related
- Relevant OCI, Azure, or AWS certifications required
- Fluent English mandatory
- Fluent Italian mandatory

- Mandate validation of technical solutions
- Direct local team contributions in projects
- Align with enterprise delivery schedules
- Enforce readiness protocols for implementation
- Ensure mandatory testing and cutover planning
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and service owners
- Ensure seamless integration and accountability
- Comply with change management processes and audits
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and audit trails
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Report on delivery status, risks, and resource constraints
- Escalate critical issues to senior leadership
- Coordinate with nearshore/offshore teams and vendors
- Ensure adherence to contractual obligations
- Mandate adoption of automation and Infrastructure as Code
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Measure outcomes and ensure accountability
- Oversee knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices
