- Five+ years project management for technical, cross-functional projects
- University degree in technology, business, or comparable field
- Proven track record delivering complex programs end to end
- Experience spanning multiple engineering teams through full software lifecycle
- Experience in international, diverse, agile-driven environment
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure
- Strong understanding of Platform Engineering
- Strong understanding of automation
- Strong understanding of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, BPaaS concepts
- Proven track record building and delivering scalable infrastructure platforms and services
- Technical credibility with engineers
- Ability to discuss implementation detail with developers
- Ability to drive consensus among stakeholders
- Ability to pick up new technologies in cloud/IT space quickly
- Effective communication in English up to C-suite and Board level
- Polished business and technical pitch
- Can-do attitude
- Willingness to drive difficult conversations to practical solution
- Italian language skills considered a strong asset
Aufgaben
- Own architecture and technology projects end-to-end.
- Manage projects from initiation through execution to closure.
- Be accountable for project results.
- Lead technical delivery and engineering teams.
- Steer engineering teams from analysis through live service.
- Deep-dive into technology and drive consensus.
- Manage project governance, including financials, resources, scope, quality, and timeline.
- Identify risks and issues early.
- Remove blockers for the team.
- Secure buy-in from senior stakeholders, peers, and engineers.
- Manage client and sales expectations.
- Provide clear status updates and honest timelines.
- Deliver polished business and technical pitches to C-suite and Board level.
- Bridge business vision and technical reality.
- Translate service and product ambitions into technical implementation.
- Translate technical constraints into commercial language for senior stakeholders.
