- Lead customer discovery sessions and workshops
- Deliver value-based product demonstrations
- Facilitate technical workshops on AI and architecture
- Build data-driven business cases and ROI models
- Manage end-to-end proof-of-concept engagements
- Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-functional handoffs to customer success
- Provide market feedback to product management
- Articulate competitive positioning within the ServiceNow ecosystem
- Improve internal sales processes and reusable assets
- Support marketing initiatives and industry events
