Anforderungen
- 5+ years in IT or customer support organizations
- 1-3 years as a technical consultant or business analyst in ServiceNow delivery implementation
- Good understanding of SQL, Java, XML, and web-based technologies
- 1+ years in implementing business processes to ITIL best practices
- Fluency in German and English, another European language advantageous
- Articulate and effective communication skills
- Result-driven and customer-centric
- Ability to inspire customer confidence through professional presence and self-confidence
- Ability to multi-task and work on several accounts simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to influence, consult, and grow the business
- Positive attitude in solving business and/or technical problems
- Self-starter with leadership ability and capability to work without supervision

- Conduct design reviews and ensure data quality
- Manage communication with external client teams during sales and post-sales
- Lead and participate in RFPs, providing technology solution content
