Anforderungen
- Minimum 5 years of experience as QA in agile software development projects or related roles
- University degree in IT or equivalent qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of international standards (e.g. ISTQB, ISO 9001) and familiarity with various testing procedures
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and SAFe
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Familiarity with manual and exploratory testing, test processes, and test strategies
- Experience in test management and solid understanding of test automation
- Strong organizational skills with capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in German and advanced proficiency in English
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills

- Assess and implement QA strategies
- Oversee quality assurance initiatives
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of existing QA setups
- Identify gaps and propose improvements
- Foster relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Develop tailored QA strategies and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Share knowledge and promote a quality mindset
- Advise and coach stakeholders on software testing and automation
- Stay updated on QA trends and best practices
- Shape QA offerings and participate in sales pitches
- Communicate the value of QA processes to stakeholders
- Respond flexibly to project quality requirements
