Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in computer science
- 6-8 years of experience on ServiceNow
- Strong knowledge of IT service management
- Demonstrated experience translating technical knowledge
- Prior consultative selling experience
- ServiceNow certification(s) preferred
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect
- Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide scripting
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Native or business-fluent in German or French and English

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements.

- Generate winning responses and optimal technical solutions.
- Build and nurture relationships with external partners.
