Anforderungen
- Profound knowledge in Machine/Deep Learning
- Familiarity with Neural Network architectures (Transformer, MLP, 1D-CNNs)
- Familiarity with ML concepts (classification, hyperparameter optimization, fine-tuning, model evaluation)
- Mandatory profound knowledge of Python
- Advantageous: independent implementation of methods from scientific publications
- Advantageous: knowledge and experience in cybersecurity
- Willingness to face new challenges
- Strong analytical thinking
Aufgaben
- Perform feature extraction (LLM, embedding, classical methods).
- Implement style change detection algorithms.
- Detect AI-generated text content.
- Attribute AI-generated text to specific LLMs.
- Optimize authorship analysis for attribution and verification.
- Implement LLM-based classification (zero/few shot, fine-tuning).
- Apply deep learning classification (CNNs, transformers, Siamese NNs).
- Use classical classification methods (SVM, random forest, kNN).
- Implement ensemble methods (stacking, voting, weighting, calibration).
- Evaluate ML models with ROC, AUC, and confusion matrices.
- Develop UIs and web apps (fastHTML, Streamlit, Gradio, Angular, Svelte).
- Collaborate on publicly funded and industry-commissioned projects.
