- Master's Degree in Engineering, MBA
- Experience in automotive project development
- Willingness to travel up to 30% domestic and international travel
- Willingness to work in an office in North America/Germany
Aufgaben
- Lead resources managing customer projects
- Ensure timely delivery, quality, and profitability of projects
- Analyze project and change requests for regional profitability
- Oversee P&L for the SBU’s Regional Projects
- Assess financial viability of all projects and change requests
- Maintain overall development plan for Regional Projects
- Implement quality practices and tools aligned with HARMAN standards
- Represent project development efforts to customers
- Support regional RFI/RFQ processes
- Staff and maintain department resources
- Facilitate career growth and technical skills enhancements
