- Ensure responsiveness to emerging market trends and technological shifts
- Synchronize innovation and portfolio development with strategic goals
- Accelerate innovation and time to market through technology scouting
- Foster an innovative culture through collaboration with business units
- Ensure coherence across the in-cabin product portfolio
- Orchestrate cross-product synergies in user experience and technical design
- Oversee pre-production car integration and product validation
- Create compelling product demonstrators
