Anforderungen

  • •Proven track record in launching and executing electronics and software products
  • •Ability to define and execute product portfolios across multiple business units
  • •Deep knowledge of cost structure and revenue streams for profitable growth
  • •Experience in building and scaling product organizations
  • •Ability to lead and influence in global, cross-functional organizations
  • •Results and detail oriented with accountability for commitments
  • •Effective communication skills including C-Level
  • •Entrepreneurial experience
  • •Automotive electronics and software technology experience (not required)
  • •Senior Pre-Sales or Business development experience
  • •Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when needed
  • •Willingness to work in an office in North America, Germany, or India

  • •Accelerate innovation and time to market through technology scouting
  • •Foster an innovative culture through collaboration with business units
  • •Ensure coherence across the in-cabin product portfolio
  • •Orchestrate cross-product synergies in user experience and technical design
  • •Oversee pre-production car integration and product validation
  • •Create compelling product demonstrators
