Aufgaben
- Take end-to-end technical ownership of Recare’s integration and interoperability layer
- Ensure secure, reliable, and scalable data exchange between hospitals, aftercare providers, and external platforms
- Own the technical direction of the integrations domain
- Make architecture decisions, set standards, and execute the roadmap
- Lead the team as the technical backbone and escalation point
- Partner closely with Product to translate requirements into clear, shippable technical plans
- Manage trade-offs early in the development process
- Design and evolve external integrations, including APIs, workflows, and data models
- Enable free and reliable data flow between Recare and external systems
- Support legacy hospital applications through automation and integration tooling
- Build secure communication and end-to-end encrypted messaging and file exchange capabilities
- Drive performance and reliability improvements
- Optimize queries and analyze bottlenecks
- Automate recurring operational work
- Build internal tooling to increase team speed and efficiency
- Ensure production readiness through strong testing practices
- Maintain an 'always deployable' mindset
