- •Provide clear technical direction and high quality standards
- •Drive impact through strong delivery and thoughtful architecture
- •Take ownership of complex initiatives across multiple domains
- •Translate high-level strategy into actionable execution plans
- •Design and build reliable fullstack backend systems
- •Synchronize external systems like CRM and WFM with internal data
- •Contribute to frontend development for seamless stack integration
- •Coach junior developers and foster a clean code culture
- •Develop rule engines and automation scripts with data engineers
- •Maintain best practices in testing and continuous integration
- •Monitor and optimize service performance across environments
- •Gather input from diverse stakeholders to balance market needs
