Aufgaben
- Solve complex technical problems for thousands of customers
- Build new projects from scratch with a fresh engineering team
- Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders and the tech team
- Report directly to the CTO
- Provide clear technical direction and high quality standards
- Drive impact through strong delivery and thoughtful architecture
- Take ownership of complex initiatives across multiple domains
- Translate high-level strategy into actionable execution plans
- Design and build reliable fullstack backend systems
- Synchronize external systems like CRM and WFM with internal data
- Contribute to frontend development for seamless stack integration
- Coach junior developers and foster a clean code culture
- Develop rule engines and automation scripts with data engineers
- Maintain best practices in testing and continuous integration
- Monitor and optimize service performance across environments
- Gather input from diverse stakeholders to balance market needs
