- Step in hands-on to unblock teams or clarify technical decisions
- Foster cultural change for high-velocity engineering teams
- Manage and mentor Engineering Managers and their teams
- Attract and hire senior talent across various profiles
- Shape the long-term engineering strategy in collaboration with the CTO
