Anforderungen
- •Engineering degree or similar relevant qualification
- •5 years in similar roles in Healthcare industry
- •Experience in IT systems implementation
- •Experience in business process support
- •Experience in working in a multi-cultural environment and matrix organisation
- •Hands on approach - understanding the Service operations
- •Ability to prioritize issues based on business impact
- •Pro-active; high-performing and results orientated
- •Strong customer orientation and problem-solving skills
- •Collaborative style, establishing strong relationships within the GCS International team
- •Ability to manage change and deal with associated challenging behaviours
- •Flexible attitude and ability to handle changing priorities
- •Experience with Salesforce.com, SAP, Microsoft Power BI
- •Good skills in MS Office applications
- •Excellent range of communication skills. Fluent in English, both oral and written

- •Provide first-level support to GCS system super-users
- •Own the support strategy and manage daily support for MMS
- •Collaborate with IT and governance teams to resolve system issues
- •Liaise with governance teams to manage system improvement requests
- •Contribute to reporting development, validation, and deployment using Power BI
- •Create and update system documentation as needed
- •Deliver system training through the network of super-users
- •Lead requirements gathering for new or updated systems
- •Document business requirements for system implementation
- •Review data trends to ensure business processes meet desired results
- •Report on process improvements and performance metrics
- •Drive collaboration with all GCSI stakeholders
- •Become a recognized subject matter expert for MMS business processes
- •Develop strong relationships with GCSI super-users and Country Service Leaders
- •Participate in the implementation of new service and ERP systems
- •Provide leadership in the use of service and ERP systems
- •Adhere to organizational policies and quality procedures
- •Identify problems in business processes and suggest improvements
- •Prepare reports and presentations on process analysis and customer experience metrics
