Aufgaben

Provide first-level support to GCS system super-users
Own the support strategy and manage daily support for MMS
Collaborate with IT and governance teams to resolve system issues
Liaise with governance teams to manage system improvement requests
Contribute to reporting development, validation, and deployment using Power BI
Create and update system documentation as needed
Deliver system training through the network of super-users
Lead requirements gathering for new or updated systems
Document business requirements for system implementation
Review data trends to ensure business processes meet desired results
Report on process improvements and performance metrics
Drive collaboration with all GCSI stakeholders
Become a recognized subject matter expert for MMS business processes
Develop strong relationships with GCSI super-users and Country Service Leaders
Participate in the implementation of new service and ERP systems
Provide leadership in the use of service and ERP systems
Adhere to organizational policies and quality procedures
Identify problems in business processes and suggest improvements
Prepare reports and presentations on process analysis and customer experience metrics
